What days can I come? 

We offer a fully flexible schedule through our app.  Just his "Reserve" on the times per week that work for you.  We recommend booking out in advance for accountability!  

What happens if I can't come for one week? 

No worries, you can make them up anytime within your 12 weeks (i.e come additional days on others weeks).  ALL SESSIONS MUST BE USED WITHIN 15 WEEKS OF PURCHASE (except for injury)

I cannot make it to my session, what do I do? 

No worries at all, simply go into the app, cancel reservations and add your name to a session that better fits your schedule.  

I see a Wait List, what do I do? 

Add your name to the waitlist!  Oftentimes you will get bumped into the session.  It also helps us access the sessions.  Don't ever hesitate to add your name to a waitlist.
