“I’ve been going here for around 8 years now, I think that tells you enough. Not only have they built up my athletic ability, they have also guided me through rehab when necessary. Without Movement I would not love lifting as much as I do or be as knowledgeable in the subject. It’s a place to workout but it also educates you on how to move your body well. You’re not just thrown into a class and told to do a kettle bell swing. You are an individual that receives clear explanation, instruction and correction in how to do a kettle bell swing. Then you are pushed to be your best. Form is a massive deal here and I would not know as much or be able to control my body as well as I do without this place. I would not be the athlete I am today without Movement. I have strength, speed and, arguably most importantly, stability. Apart from all that the atmosphere is so lively and fun.
