Athletic Training

If you are a new Movement Fitness Athlete, getting started is just a few simple steps.

1.  Select the membership that best fit your schedule.  We off 2, 3, or 4 day per week option with a monthly payment option of paid in full. 

2.  Simply complete the registration with Athlete information.  (tip: if there are multiple family members at Movement Fitness, please provide a separate/different email account for EACH member.)

3.  Download the app Zen Planner on your mobile device and start reserving our sessions!  We will have a coach reach to meet you on your first day!

Athlete Performance Sessions run on a 12 week program (3 months) and each session is  1 hour and fifteen minutes.

Based on your membership selection, you can participate in 2, 3, or 4 days per week.

Life happens, we get it!  We would love for you to make up an sessions missed throughout your 12 week program.  Our only request is that you try making them up within the 12 week program we are currently in by coming additional sessions during a week.  Please email [email protected] if there are some special circumstances we can accommodate for. 

Because our Athlete Performance Sessions are programmed out in 12 week increments, HOLDS can be sometimes difficult.  Please email [email protected] if you have any questions. 

Movement Fitness recently added and ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE – Annual Membership.  This 12 month commitment allows athletes to continue to train at Movement Fitness whether they are in or out of season.  With the discounted rate the athlete is able to attend up to four sessions per week.

Custom Training

2. Simply complete the registration information.  (tip: if there are multiple family members at Movement Fitness, please provide a separate/different email account for EACH member.)

3.  Download the app Zen Planner on your mobile device and start reserving our sessions!  We will have a coach reach to meet you on your first day!

Movement Fitness Custom Training Program sessions are UNLIMITED!  Come see us often! You will love it here!

Each session is programmed for 1 hour each.
