Justin Kegley
Founder & Head Coach
Justin has 15 years experience, specializing in Personal Training and Sport Performance. He focuses his training on creating programs that improve performance and reduce the risk of injury. Justin has worked with clients from 8 – 73. He is a 2 Time Amazon best-selling author with Be Great Today and High-Performance Nutrition for High School Athletes. Justin commits his life to coaching each client to BE GREAT. Movement Fitness was born out of his passion to make each person who walks in the door the very best version of themselves.

Theresa strives to not only help members MOVE better but to be the BEST versions of themselves. She has a passion to make Movement feel like home for our members and team. She is dedicated to providing a world class experience from the time you walk in the doors to the time you walk out and also during the phone calls in between. When Theresa is not working, she is caring for and hauling around her 3 boys from practice to practice.

Scott is an energetic and passionate coach who loves to help people maximize their potential through habits. He has worked with various clients and has vast personal experience in fitness. He has a high level of care and leads our adults well to learn the habits and techniques they need to move better, feel better, and look better!
Mason Chockley
Director of Return to Sport Training
Certified Athletic Trainer
Mason is a board-certified athletic trainer who specializes in pain-free performance. He runs the Return To Sport program, which focuses on helping athletes return to play after injury, specifically ACL tears, ankle injuries, and shoulder injuries. He also helps adults move well by managing acute pain issues for adults who battle with aches and pains. He also works as a Sports Performance Coach.
Lauren Ciochon
Sports Performance Coach
Coach Lauren is passionate about helping athletes develop on and off the court. She has an incredible ability to build relationships with her athletes, demonstrating her extreme level of care while also pushing them to develop. She has a wealth of education, obtaining her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, with an emphasis in Health and Human Performance as well as her Master’s in Sports Physiology and Performance Coaching. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a USAW-Level 1. She worked as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Wisconsin – Platteville.
