Life happens, we get it! We would love for you to make up any sessions missed throughout your 12 week program. Our only request is that you try making them up within the 12 week program we are currently in by coming additional sessions during a week. Please email [email protected] if there are some special circumstances we can accommodate for.
Movement Fitness recently added and SPORTS PERFORMANCE – Annual Membership. This 12 month commitment allows athletes to continue to train at Movement Fitness whether they are in or out of season. With the discounted rate the athlete is able to attend up to four sessions per week.
