Hire a coach.

Listen to what they say.

Do what they say.

Succeed.

Period.

Sometimes we get wrapped up in not wanting to look like we don’t know what we are doing.

I get that.

I believe in coaching.

I do it for a living.

Funny thing, I have a coach.

My business and my productivity have increased dramatically since I started listening to what he says.

He’s not a rocket scientist.

He’s Frank.

Literally and Figuratively.

If you have something you want to be successful at, find someone you respect.

Pay them money.

Listen to what they say.

Do what they say.

Succeed.

This is not a plug to come train with me.

If you want to do that, great.

What I am trying to do is help you maximize your potential.

I have bigger goals to achieve in my life.

I don’t know how to achieve some of them today.

So I hired someone I trust.

I don’t have  to show my coach how smart I am.

I don’t have anything to prove to him.

I just need to listen.

Do.

Succeed.

This is the purpose of having a coach.

You have a goal you want to accomplish and you don’t know how to get there.

When I competed in bodybuilding, I hired a coach.

I had coaches in basketball, baseball, football…

The times I had the greatest success was when I followed the plan.

I didn’t take the plan, tweak it to what I thought was best.

I just did it.

Times when I didn’t have success was when I tried to prove how smart I was and change the plan.

If you find someone you trust (that is the first key) they will guide you.

They are willing to hold you accountable for the things that you need to do.

They should be someone that has done the thing you want to do.

If so, pay them money.

If you don’t have skin in the game, you won’t have a sense of urgency.

Once you do that, listen to what they say.

Then Do it.

They will guide you to your goal.

Now, your goal may change.

Thats ok.

Your need for a different coach may arise.

That’s ok.

We’re not there today.

Do what you need to do TODAY.

Listen. Do. Succeed.
