At Movement Fitness, we take a specific approach to assessment for each client.  We evaluate a client’s ability to move with a Functional Movement Screen, and address your goals to create a program that is specifically geared toward each individual.   We also believe that placing people in intentional community via our semi private training helps improve results by creating a culture that is encouraging and supportive.

Justin Kegley
Justin KegleyOwner - Head Trainer

Justin has 15 years experience, specializing in Athletic Performance Training and Personal Training.  He focuses his training on creating programs that promote functional movement, reducing injury risk and improving performance.  Justin has worked with clients from 8 – 73, helping them stay healthy and confident. Most recently an Amazon Best Selling author with Be Great Today, Justin commits his life to coach each athlete, client, and team member to make each day GREAT.  Justin is recognized for his contributions in the athletic performance and fitness industry not just in his community, but throughout the industry. Movement Fitness was born out of his passion to make each person that walks in the door the very best version of themselves.

Theresa Kegley
Theresa KegleyOwner / Coach

With a background originally in marketing and non profit development, Theresa works alongside her husband  Justin serving their members and team. She strives to not only help members MOVE better but to be the BEST versions of themselves.  As part of her desire to not just make an MOVEMENT within the walls of their gym, but also a MOVEMENT throughout the community, Theresa has served and volunteered for many local nonprofits and community organizations.  When not pouring into her team at Movement Fitness or active in the community Theresa can be found at your local baseball diamond, basketball court, or theatre cheering on the Kegley Brothers.

Cheri White
Cheri WhiteCoach

Cheri brings her experience in education partnered with her passion for wellness and fitness providing a significant advantage to our team……along with a killer South African accent.  Once an athlete, always an athlete, Cheri’s desire to challenge each member to find that inner athlete no matter what season of life. You truly cannot have a bad day with Cheri around.  Mindset is everything, and Cheri works to ensure each client leaves with their body moving and their cup filled. When not on the training floor, Cheri can be found at the rink as a crazy “Hockey Mom” to her sons or enjoying life on the river.

Liz Lopez
Liz LopezCoach

Liz is passionate about helping clients not only achieve their personal goals, but providing the support they need to develop new habits that will last and help each person become the best they can be.  As a success story herself she understands exactly the commitments it takes to make both physical and mental life transformation. Her knowledge has quickly accelerated and she continues to learn and gain certifications to better serve the members at Movement Fitness.  Liz is a great example of finding balance as a working mom and is committed to helping other moms find the priority of self care.

Nick Miramontes
Nick MiramontesCoach

Nick’s passion for wellness led him to pursue a path as both a Doctor of Chiropractic and a Certified Personal Trainer..  He is motivated by inspiring young athletes, experienced weekend warriors, and even the “young at heart” clients to build their strength, agility, and balance.  Nick’s has a strong ability to work with members to solve problems or concern through hard work and knowledge. He always brings 100% effort to each training session and you can expect to be greeted with a “Yes Sir or Yes Ma’am” when Nick is around.
