At Movement Fitness, we take a specific approach to assessment for each client.  We evaluate a client’s ability to move with a Functional Movement Screen, body composition, and your goals to create a program that is specifically geared toward each individual.   We also believe that placing people in intentional community via our semi private training helps improve results by creating a culture that is encouraging and supportive.
